Refunds
You have 30 days to fall in love with your Baroneze™ Orthopedic Back Stretcher. Not loving it? Just contact us and we'll organize your full refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.


Cancellation or Amendment
If you need to make an amendment or cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. However, if 1 hour has passed since you placed your order, you may have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.


Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information so you can investigate.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.


International Shipments & Taxes/Duties (if applicable)
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order/parcel arrives at the destination country. Baroneze is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges in countries outside of the United States. The customer is responsible for these charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Baroneze. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
